Pierrot, face in papier mache decorated by Maskerelle.
Out of stock
Pierrot is a face in papier mache decorated by Maskerelle. This mask dates back to around 1670 when Pierrot joined the French companies playing the melancholy mime in love with the moon. The mask is decorated with acrylic colors and silver leaf and can be worn using the satin ribbons and can be hung on the walls with the hook on the back. Also on the back you can find a certificate of guarantee of the “handmade” in Venice with the artist's signature attached. A little curiosity; the face is one of the most popular masks worn during the famous Venice carnival as it completely hides the face and gives a touch of mystery to the wearer. Finally, it is possible to request color changes and if the article is out of stock, you can request it from firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the article code VPIER2101.
